What is the deadline to pre-order for pre-sale access?

The deadline to pre-order ‘1977 (30th Anniversary Edition)’ for pre-sale access is 11.59pm BST on Thursday 11th May 2026

When will I receive my code?
Your pre-sale code will be emailed to you at 8am BST on Tuesday 12th May 

When do pre-sale tickets go on sale?
Pre-sale tickets go on sale 10am BST Tuesday 12th May, and pre-sale ends 8am BST on Friday 15th May, subject to availability. 

When do tickets go on general sale?
Tickets go on general sale at 10am BST Friday 15th May 2025

I’ve already ordered an album format of ‘1977 (30th Anniversary Edition)’, or a bundle, will I have access to the pre-sale?
Yes, you will automatically get your pre-sale code at 8am BST on Tuesday 12th May to the email address used to place your order. 

How many tickets can I buy?
Each show may impose ticket limits per transaction depending on availability and to allow fair access. Please check according to the relevant ticket provider for each show. 

What email address will you send my code to?
Your code will be sent to the email address used to place your order, or the email you provided signing up to the form above. Please check your junk folder.

- Access to any ticket presale does not guarantee that you will be able to successfully purchase a ticket. 

- Due to GDPR reasons, if you have opted out of marketing emails you may not receive the email. 

- Purchases from other retailers do not qualify for this pre-sale access. 

- One pre-sale code per customer. No purchase necessary. You will be eligible if you sign up using the email form above.

- Entry is limited to one per person

- Each show may impose ticket limits per transaction depending on availability and to allow fair access

- Ash does not accept liability for any technology issues preventing customers from receiving their email containing their pre-sale code or gaining access to the ticketing website.

- Age restrictions apply according to the ticket provider. Please check venue restrictions before purchasing your ticket. 

- The pre-sale element has no cash value and is non-transferable.

- These terms and conditions are governed by English Law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
